Rates for the rooms in the
Middleton Inn B&B range from $195 to $325. The rates for the historic
guest cottage range from $275 to $425. Lodging rates vary depending on
season and whether the reservation is for a weekday or weekend. Rates
include complimentary wine and cheese (served 5 PM daily) and a
scrumptious full breakfast (served 8:30 AM-10 AM) but are exclusive of the
daily 10% service charge and 7% tax.
Check in time is 3 PM or
thereafter. Check out time is 11 AM. Children over 12 are welcome. This is
a smoke-free inn.
Reservation and
Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of one night's accommodation per room is required within 10 days
of booking your reservation. Two weeks notice of cancellation or change of
date is required for refund of your deposit. All rates are subject to
change without notice. |
